Cabin Crew Planner
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the position:
The Cabin Crew Planner reports to Cabin Crew Planning Manager. Managing crew rosters in an efficient, safe, and compliant manner. Driving system and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
The Cabin Crew Planner shall:
- Plan crew that allows the company to operate commercial program.
- Manage crew rosters in an efficient, safe and compliant manner. Drive system and process improvements.
- Build crew schedule based on the commercial program and duty time limitations.
- Optimize the crew roster to ensure highest crew productivity while adhering to safety and compliance requirements.
- Oversee crew resources available to ensure program coverage, operational resilience, and targeted
- crew utilization levels.
- Cooperate between cross functions and with various stakeholders across the organization aiming at
- proper staffing and qualification level (Cabin and Flights Operations, Training Department, Human
- Resources and Recruitment)
- Responsible for roster fatigue and wellbeing of +900 crew member.
- Track, monitor and modify cockpit and cabin crew rosters
- Take the lead in process and system improvement. Oversight on the HP bidding and Roster Preferences module
- Cooperate with the Training Department representatives & Crew Training Planning in terms of rostering principles and training requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (duty and flight time limitations, Fatigue Risk Management)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field of aviation or logistics is advantage
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew and Ops system are advantages
- Knowledge of Working Rules Limitations and Rest Requirements are advantages
- Completed university or college degree
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and can-do attitude
- Ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations
- Good oral and written presentation skills
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to live and work in the Wizz Air HQ
- Flexibility to travel as required away from Head Office
