Compensation:

Pay or shift range: $23.00 - $28.00 USD per hour. This is the base compensation hiring range for this role.

Crew Assist Specialist Overview:

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Crew Assist Specialist to be a resource to support the Flight Operations and Inflight Operations Teams. The Crew Assist Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees within the Flight Ops and Inflight organizations.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Crew Assist Specialist:

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge in Company and Department policies and procedures, as well as current collective bargaining agreements
• Administration of Leave Programs in accordance with Union Agreements and company leave policies
• Crewmember status updates and verification in electronic systems AIMS/UltiPro
• Distribution of required documentation to Union and Employees in accordance with Union Agreements
• Enter and Update phone numbers and addresses in electronic systems
• Track and keep updated crew member credentials such as medicals, passports, company ID, and all FAA required records
• Administration and quarterly audit of Master Crew List and Known Crewmember data
• Collaborate with various departments for crewmember requests
• Coordinating resignation notifications and collection of accountable equipment
• Development and maintenance of the Crew Assist Department Manual
• Start and track the Return-to-Work process for all pilots returning from a leave in Comply 365
• Update pilot and flight attendant vaccination records
• Add non-crew information into AIMS for jump seating
• Any other duties assigned by management

The required qualifications we are looking for in a Crew Assist Specialist include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates strong organization and time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task

Preferred Skills

• Has working knowledge of Part 121 operations
• Experience with union collective bargaining agreement administration
• Experience with coordinating leave programs
