Position Summary
The Document Control Specialist provides expertise on complex technical document data. Examines documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, and resolves discrepancies with document originators, while aligning with Parker Meggitts policies and procedures.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Collects and maintains documentation files that define product configuration
Develops new or revised documentation; distributing to appropriate users and ensuring that obsolete documentation is removed
Uses various computer programs to ensure security and appropriate user access to documents
Follows defined procedures per regulatory guidelines to perform document control processes
Conducts internal audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Interfaces with other departments in the completion of document control processes
Other responsibilities as assigned
The primary duties of this job require administrative, non-manual work directly related to business operations involving responsibility for processes and policies of significance, evaluation of possible solutions and results of the work for which the employee is responsible and making recommendations and/or decisions accordingly using professional judgment. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

- Pay Range: $69500 to $115000 annually
- Participation in Annual Incentive Program
