airBaltic is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting HR and Finance decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and budgeting insights. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of HR, finance, and data analytics, contributing to workforce planning, cost control, and strategic initiatives across the organization.
We will entrust you toAnalyze HR and personnel cost data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Create dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI
Support budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of personnel costs
Provide regular and ad-hoc insights to HR, Finance, and senior management for decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across HR and finance reporting
Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting and analytical workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations etc.) to gather data and deliver integrated insights
Support preparation of management-level presentations and reports
What you will need to succeed University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or HR analytics
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to draw data-driven conclusions
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel, Power BI
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
