We will entrust you toCoordinate issues concerning crew meals and crew transport
Coordinate incoming and outgoing information (phone calls, company mail)
Welcoming new crew members and support to crew regarding office equipment and Crew Link usage
Coordinate crew administrative issues e.g. sick-leave lists, taxi receipts, etc.
Maintain that the Briefing room common use space and equipment is in order
Coordinate crew travel requirements (visas, hotels and tickets) if necessary out of office hours
What you will need to succeedSecondary education
Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to work in service field and good organizational skills
Fluent in English
Good computer skills (Crew Link knowledge will be considered as an advantage)
Ability to work in shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-23:00., might differ based on season and flight network)
