You will be the Technical Operations Center (TOC) Coordinator for the PAC-3 Field Operations Program. Our team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing data collection and documentation efforts from various sources, including program leadership, field representatives, engineering, and customers.



What You Will Be Doing
As the TOC Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing data integrity initiatives to ensure accuracy and consistency. You will play a key role in managing data quality, reporting to leadership, and integrating with diverse disciplines across locations, requiring strong communication and teaming skills.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing and coordinating Field Support Tickets to support Field Service Representatives and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with Technical SMEs and Engineering teams to facilitate timely and effective resolution
• Providing oversight and support for Maintenance Advisory and Field Bulletin development
• Ensuring seamless communication and coordination between teams
• Overseeing and coordinating the Program Data Exchange Portal (PDEP) to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Providing support for Field Missile Activity (FMA) teams, Risk and Opportunity Board, Launcher Reliability, and Advanced Technology initiatives

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in the military or defense industry.
Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams, engineering, and customers. Proficient in preparing detailed schedules and performing oral presentations
Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including Technical SMEs, Engineering, and Operations, to achieve common goals.
Time management: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
