3-5 years of relevant airline commercial experience
Strong skills in strategic thinking, financial and economic modeling / analysis, project management, and oral and written presentations
Confident executive presence and oral communication skills; the ability to think on your feet in an environment with senior leaders
Refined storyline/narrative skills allowing for independent construction of executive-level slides
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to leverage resources across Delta
Deep knowledge of Delta’s network and the airline competitive landscape
Experience in negotiations, international relationship management, and a diplomatic interpersonal mindset
Extensive experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and database querying, with knowledge of Delta’s analytical databases (RPAD, FPS, DDS, MIDT, DOT O&D, OAPM, etc)
SAS and advanced statistical modeling / database querying skills preferred
Strong understanding of how to effectively query, aggregate, and manipulate data
Top-tier verbal and written communication skills
Results oriented and capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail and follow through
Ability to work well with others in a time sensitive environment with minimal supervision
Must be performing satisfactorily in current position

Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
