You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the JAGM team. Our team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing hardware and services to support the programs mission, driving strategic procurement efforts to ensure success.



What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing essential materials, services, and hardware, building strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support the programs goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Sourcing and purchasing equipment, tools, raw materials, parts, services, and supplies
•Reviewing proposals, negotiating prices, and selecting suppliers
•Determining fair and reasonable pricing based on technical evaluation, spanet data, and cost analysis
•Executing contracts and providing contract management support
•Working closely with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to establish strong internal customer and supplier relationships
• Subcontracts or related experience
• Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to come into the office a minimum of 2 days per week in Orlando, FL
Desired Skills:
• Experience placing and managing fast paced subcontracts
• SAP/P2P SC Nav Purchase Order creation experience
• Strong knowledge and experience of Firm Fixed Price and FAR, DFAR contracts
• Experience leading cross-functional program teams in supplier management process
• Experience in expediting orders/contracts
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
