Seeking 10 Avionics Technician in Tucson, AZ.
Must possess their own tools. Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days / nights and weekends.
Work Schedule:
- 6:30 AM – 7PM (Day shift)
- 6:30PM – 7AM (Night shift) (Company is on temp 4 days 12 hours shift) to meet customer demand.
- Compressed Panama Schedule, which is 3 days on, 4 days off, the 4 days on, 3 days off (3/4/4/3).
- 12-hour shifts both days and nights.
There is a front and back half to week.
- Front: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Every other Wednesday
- Back: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, every other Wednesday
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of work experience, or substantiated equivalent experience.
- Corporate jet aircraft or commercial aircraft experience preferred.
- Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus.
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License is preferred.
- GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) or AET (Aircraft Electronics Technician) Certification is a plus.
- Certification from Avionics, Electric A/C Technical school or equivalent military training is preferred.
- Must possess their own tools.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English aircraft maintenance actions both verbally and in writing.
- Must be comfortable with 12-hour shift work, which includes days / nights and weekends.
