Lead and manage all training activities within the organization

Organize, supervise, and support the instructor team to ensure effective training delivery

Ensure compliance with applicable ICAO, EASA and Latvian CAA requirements and other relevant aviation regulations

Develop, review, and update training programs, manuals and instructional materials

Monitor training quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee training records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

Evaluate instructor performance and support professional development

Promote a strong safety culture and high standards of aviation training

At least 3 years of experience in an aviation training environment

Proven ability to organize, manage, and lead a training team

Hold a valid Latvian CAA Flight Operations Officer Instructor Certificate

Hold a valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License

ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher

Strong understanding of aviation operational and training requirements

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively in a regulated aviation environment
