About the role:This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who would thrive in an environment where they will be a key contributor to developing and maintaining highly positive highly effective culture. As a key member of our security team, you will work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to maintain and enhance our companys security policies, define robust security controls within our products, and conduct thorough technical audits to ensure compliance with our stringent security standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in coordinating penetration tests, managing vendor security assessments, and providing timely responses to customer security questionnaires.In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our SOC2 audit activities, perform risk management reviews, and drive our vulnerability management program in alignment with industry best practices. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional problem-solving skills will be invaluable in analysing alerts from our monitoring platform and recommending necessary configuration changes and enhancements.We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and teamwork abilities, as you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to achieve our security objectives. Your strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision will be key to your success in this role.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support and maintain company policy updates
Define security controls within the myairops products
Perform technical audits of the company managed infrastructure to ensure controls are effective and compliant with the information security policies
Perform policy compliance to ensure that all employees are actioning the security requirements in a timely manner
Support co-ordination of penetration tests of the myairops products, and creating remediation plans and overseeing their implementation
Perform vendor security assessments for myairops suppliers to validate the supply chain is compatible with the information security policies and values
Support the provision of responses to security questionnaires from customers in relation to myairops products
Support SOC2 audit activities
Perform Risk Management reviews and track remediation plans
Support and plan Vulnerability Management in line with the vulnerability management policy
Provide analysis on alerts raised by the monitoring platform and support any configuration changes or enhancements to the platform

Desirable:

Awareness of industry frameworks, such as ISO 27001, SOC2, NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, Cyber Essentials Plus, OWASP

Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:

Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving abilities; analysing issues, determining suitable solutions and recommendations
Independent self-starter who meets deadlines without intensive supervision
Detail-oriented, process-oriented and thorough
