Role Summary:As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will lead and manage complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, estimating, baselining, and executing these projects, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Execution: Plan, estimate, baseline, and execute complex turbofan engine design and aircraft integration projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with aircraft OEMs, customers, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Program Management: Utilize program management, EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering skills.
Required Qualifications:- 10-15+ years of experience in engine design, turbofan or fan module design, engine module lead, and aircraft integration or aircraft/propulsion engine certification and testing.
- Strong program management skills and experience with EVMS, Cost Account Management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively.
- Experience working with aircraft OEMs and other key stakeholders.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
