Description:You will be the RF Engineer Sr – ACURL, F-35 Combat Data Systems Joint Reprogramming Enterprise.
Join our team supporting customers at Eglin Air Force Base as an RF Engineer within the Australia Canada United Kingdom Reprogramming Laboratory (ACURL), part of the Combat Data Systems Joint Reprogramming Enterprise. Our team is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technical capabilities of ACURL, ensuring the lab is fully operational to support mission-critical reprogramming efforts for our international partners.
What You Will Be Doing:
As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for system integration, anomaly resolution, operational test and verification activities within ACURL. You will collaborate with technical teams to support lab upgrades, optimize RF system performance, conduct formal and operational testing and ensure compliance with evolving mission requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Integrating system updates, overseeing installation, setup, and acceptance testing for ACURL upgrades.
• Participating in System Requirements Reviews and Supplier Technical Reviews to ensure technical efficiency.
• Managing System Configuration Controls and System Requirements Verification processes within ACURL.
• Engaging with lab Project and Technical Leadership, as well as cross-functional teams, to maintain an effective engineering communication interface across lab subsystems.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with avionics, test lab or development engineering.
• Technical system level operations, maintenance and/or troubleshooting experience.
• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum Secret security clearance to start.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with domestic and international military organizations.
• F35 or 5th Gen Avionics experience.
• Systems Integration and Test experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
