The Services Finance Leader will serve as the finance manager for Colibrium Additive Services P&L. This role directly supports the Global GM of Colibrium Additive Services, covering Laser and EBM as well as AddWorks and Print Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Partnership and P&L Leadership

  • Directly support the Services P&L GM as a key finance business partner.
  • Serve as the finance manager for all Services needs, global and local at TCD.
  • Own cost centers across the sub-business, including performance analysis and action plans to improve cost control and revenue growth.

Financial Operations and Productivity

  • Act as finance focal for PO requisitions, spend tracking, and cost productivity projects.
  • Actively participate in the monthly and quarterly close process for the Services P&L, including journal entries, income statement and cash analysis, and required reporting.
  • Leverage Oracle Fusion ERP capabilities to standardize and simplify reporting and enable broader access to financial data.

Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Metrics

  • Lead the business planning cycle (budgets, forecasts, outlooks) for the Services P&L.
  • Support financial planning, analysis, and accounting teams with a hands-on approach, including detailed transaction-level reviews when needed.
  • Support the development of critical processes, management reporting, and alignment across the Services organization.
  • Define and maintain KPIs to measure performance across the organization (e.g., CL/EBM Services, AddWorks, Print Operations).
  • Partner with Additive HQ and other product lines to standardize metrics and reporting.

Leadership and Change Management

  • Lead, develop, and coach direct reports within the finance function, driving accountability and execution.
  • Act as a leader within the Services organization, driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and a strong performance culture.
  • Embrace FLIGHT DECK, with emphasis on standard work and problem-solving fundamentals.

Decision Support and Problem Solving

  • Use sound judgment to make decisions and solve complex problems that impact the function and business.
  • Apply technical finance expertise and data analysis to support recommendations, leveraging multiple internal and selected external data sources.
  • Communicate complex messages clearly, influence stakeholders, and drive change; act as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years Financial Operations experience with reporting, forecasting and reporting out metrics
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
