The Boeing company is seeking a Financial Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to join their team in Berkeley, MO.
This role is a Financial Controls Business Unit Integrator (BUI) role supporting the F-15 Eagle Passive/Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS) team (aircraft modification program in San Antonio Texas (SAT)), low rate initial production (LRIP) made up of numerous firm-fixed price (FFP) and fixed price incentive fee (FPIF) contract line item numbers (CLINs); And unexercised option CLINs. This program is unique and will require an experienced Finance professional to lead and manage the programmatic cost. There will be opportunities to present and collaborate with Program Manager and visibility to Senior Executives.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads the integration and analysis of Estimates at Completion (EACs) for all Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) control accounts (functions or pools)
Collaborates with Labor and Non-Labor Finance Centers of Excellence (COEs) to gather quarterly inputs, then reviews these inputs to assess and understand the analysis
Demonstrates skills in developing an EAC position based on historical performance, COE inputs, and comprehensive program knowledge
Builds strong relationships with Program Managers, Finance COEs, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
Provides recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections, leveraging financial and business expertise
Prepares presentation materials and effectively conveying key messages to program management and senior leadership
Develops, reviews, analyzes, and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value and variance analyses, and communicates trends in cost and/or schedule performance
Develops, analyzes and submits monthly programmatic EVM data to the government
Skills:
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to integrate financial data, analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills with all levels of management. The candidate must be able to work with a multi-disciplined team, and must possess a positive work attitude and the ability to delivery accurate and complete information with first time quality. Strong PC skills utilizing Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR) and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), and Enterprise Planning and Analysis Systems (EPAS) experience is highly desirable. The candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 4: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Level 3: 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR) and Enterprise Accounting System (EAS)
Experience performing financial analysis, controls, and operations work scope
Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing and leading the completion of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) (Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Performance Report (CPR), Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), etc.)

Summary pay range for Level 3: $70,050 - $106,950
Summary pay range for Level 4: $99,450 - $134,550
