Job Description

• Administered and conducted all import and export processes of aircraft spare parts by airfreight or sea freight shipment and supervised the delivery of aircraft spare parts.
• Prepare annual tender for the Custom Brokerage and Freight Forwarding Company.
• Perform all internal and external audits and perform required prior disclosures for all processes, and supervise the efficient working of all external agents such as Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers.
• Monitor implementation of all department operations and ensure compliance with all regulations for the department and subsidiaries, and adhere to all standards for import and export aircraft spare parts, and establish all targets and streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations.
• Prepare the required report and ensure accuracy in the same place.
• Support the Tax department regarding the preparation of Tax exemption for aircraft spare parts.
• Prepare and review the Standard Operating Procedure and the working instructions of the Export-Import Procedure.
• Coordinate with Air Asia overseas or supplier and Freight Forwarder in regards of export-import arrangement, shipment, procedure, and regulations.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum education of S1 in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Officer, or related position, preferred in Customs clearance experience. Fresh graduates with internship experience in Logistics are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with Indonesian import regulations and customs clearance processes.
• Moderate Skill in Microsoft Office
• Being able to work in a team and having good communication skills to coordinate with various parties.
