Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team for flightline maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing aircraft structures and systems, including landing gear, flight surfaces, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and ventilation/heating and air.
Responsibilities
- Perform flightline maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems.
- Rig and replace aircraft structures and components.
- Maintain landing gear, flight surfaces and controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and ventilation/heating systems.
Essential Skills- 3+ years of aircraft experience in an MRO, Aircraft Manufacturing, or Flightline Maintenance.
- A&P License required; Airframe License considered with relevant flightline or line maintenance experience.
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- Rigging experience.
- Landing Gear and Flight Controls experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- GTE experience.
- Tugg Driving experience.
- A/C Cart Usage.
- Marshalling experience.

Work Environment
The position is based on the flight line and follows a rotating shift schedule. The 1st shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, while the 2nd shift is from 2pm to 10:30pm, with rotation to the 2nd shift for one week every three weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mobile, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
