Job Title: Aircraft Mechanic
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Tucson, Arizona
Overview:
Join a leading industrial group in aerospace and defense, performing hands-on maintenance and repair work on CRJ aircraft models (200/700/900). This role is based in a large climate-controlled hangar and offers the opportunity to support a high-performance team on a rotating shift schedule.
Compensation:
- $34–$37 per hour
- Per diem available
- Overtime: 8 hours every other week
Shift Details:
- 12-hour shifts
- Open availability required (any day/shift)
- Rotating schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections
- Execute heavy maintenance tasks on CRJ aircraft
- Ensure FAA regulatory compliance and uphold safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet maintenance timelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Aircraft Technician
- Experience in MRO or heavy maintenance
- A License required; A&P License preferred
- Basic toolset required
- Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot, Isochronal, Phase inspections) considered a plus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $37.12/hr.
