Role Summary:As an Assembly & Test Technician, you will perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment, ensuring their quality and functionality through rigorous testing procedures. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our products and supporting our engineering teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Testing Processes: Conduct and monitor testing processes on various equipment.
- Data Recording: Record data from testing in standard formats and provide results to product and engineering teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify any defects, malfunctions, or performance issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to recommend solutions for testing problems or equipment malfunctions.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and calibrate test equipment and systems.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to testing procedures.
- Procedure Development: Develop new test procedures in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that test procedures comply with safety regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications:- 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Knowledge of industry-specific tests and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).
- Experience with torque wrench use and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to work under direct supervision and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment.
- Creativity and latitude required for problem-solving.
- Ability to lift weights exceeding 30 lbs. and handle physical risks associated with testing.

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
