Job Title: Aircraft Structures Mechanic - Secret ClearanceJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team dedicated to performing classified heavy modifications on various fixed-wing military aircraft. This role is integral in fulfilling the company mission to Protect The American Warfighter by creating and installing advanced technology onto military aircraft. Secret Clearance sponsorship provided, must be eligible.
Responsibilities
- Perform classified heavy modifications on C-130 and P-3 airframes.
- Conduct depot level maintenance and aviation heavy maintenance.
- Utilize sheet metal fabrication skills for aircraft maintenance repair.
- Operate rivet guns and perform sheet metal repair.
- Interpret and work from blueprints for aviation maintenance and modification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must own tools with a shadowed toolbox, with tools etched or colored by Day 1.
- Pass a sheet metal test on Day One, with potential pay increase for high scores.
- Experience requirement: 6+ years of aviation structures experience for military backgrounds, or 4+ years for civilian backgrounds.
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
- Completion of FAA Drug Test and 7 Year Check.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled FAA regulated hangar with flexible shift options. The team operates on four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday. Be prepared to adapt to 1st or 2nd shift as needed. While overtime is regularly available, it cannot be guaranteed every week.
