Job Description:

Do you love airplanes and people? Would you love to be surrounded by young and energetic people pursuing their dreams by fixing airplanes and learning to fly? Do you need flexible scheduling? If your answer to any of these is: "Absolutely!" and you are mature and responsible, then Utah Aircraft Maintenance at Salt Lake International Airport (KSLC) and Ogden Airport (KOGD) in Ogden, Utah may be a good fit for you as Director of Maintenance.

UAM provides expert support for Cornerstone Aviation, Utah's most prestigious flight school. We’re looking for a DOM to lead the support effort for our 24-aircraft training fleet, as well as to repair outside customer aircraft. We offer a safe, secure working environment, and are committed to your personal growth. Your future teammates are mature, dependable, meticulous, proactive, respectful of each other, and excellent at prioritizing tasks in dynamic situations, so we will only consider candidates with those traits. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, holidays and Paid Time Off, and retirement with employer matching. DOM is an executive position with profit sharing.
