Job Duties:

Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

Analyze monthly financial results against budget, forecast, and prior year to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Prepare financial presentations and reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.

Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment of actuals with forecasts.

Improve processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function.

Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a solid understanding of financial statements.

Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other reporting software.

Experience with ERP systems (Workday is a plus).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and innovation in financial practices.
