As a Lead Logistics Associate here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the end-to-end logistics operations. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, optimizing transportation routes, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costs and meet delivery timelines
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3 plus years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
