Manager, Advanced Qualification Program (AQP) Data Collection and Analysis to work in Westlake, OH: Responsible for developing and managing the performance and proficiency data acquisition and analysis system. Create repeatable reliability reports from MINT using SQL queries in relation to FAA Advanced Qualification Programs. Build an automation tool inside of MINT to create an Auto Scheduling function for pilot training schedules. Document the data and analysis for AQP Annual Report. Develop complex queries to correlate pilot reports to curriculum standards, convert the data into rates to allow for comparison to industry data and historical performance, and chart the data to comply with FAA reporting requirements. Develop queries to track the effectiveness of the AQP program by capturing findings from the analyzed AQP data. Develop and map “flows” within MINT. Develop support processes for capturing, communicating, tracking, and reporting user MINT issues. Interview business process owners and develop solutions which drive processes into MINT. Collect, download, compile and perform statistical analysis. Evaluate existing training documents and suggest implementation of necessary changes in compliance with the FAA. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as six (6) months in job or job related experience to include responsible for developing and managing the performance and proficiency data acquisition; analysis system; and collect, download, compile and perform statistical analysis and evaluate existing training documents and suggest implementation of necessary changes in compliance with the FAA.
