Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
Minimum Experience
- Seven (7) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management Software
- Knowledge of classroom, flight simulator and aircraft training techniques and procedures.
- Skills in budget development and management.
- Skills in technical writing and business case development.
- Skills in leadership and people management.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional manner.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations.
- Ability to read and interpret OEM and technical documents, contracts, and drawings.
- Ability to drive, obtain passport and occasionally travel to support fleetwide programs.
- Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read, and write.
