Job Title: Senior Executive, AirAsia MOVE
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Head, Content & Branding
Job Overview:
Were seeking a passionate and creative Senior Executive to join our dynamic team at AirAsia
MOVE. Youll play a key role in elevating our brand image, driving user engagement, and
ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker
with a strong understanding of digital spaneting, social media trends, and a knack for creating
compelling content.
Responsibilities:
● Brand Strategy & Execution:
○ Assist in the development and execution of AirAsia MOVEs brand strategy,
ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
○ Help maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual identity,
messaging, and tone of voice across all channels.
○ Support spanet research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and
inform brand decisions.
● Content Creation & Management:
○ Contribute to the production of engaging video content, particularly in
User-Generated Content (UGC) formats, for social media platforms and
advertising campaigns.
○ Assist in the creation, curation, and optimization of brand assets, including
photography, graphics, and copywriting.
○ Help manage and maintain AirAsia MOVEs brand presence across both digital
and offline channels.
● Brand Activation & Partnerships:
○ Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and
partnerships, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with brand
objectives.
○ Assist in identifying and collaborating with influencers and partners to increase
brand visibility and engagement.
○ Contribute to the development of co-branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with
strategic goals.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Collaborate with teams across spaneting, product, and customer service to
ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
○ Provide support and guidance to internal teams on the creation of spaneting
materials, communications, and product development in line with brand
objectives.
○ Work closely with creative teams to ensure the execution of impactful spaneting
initiatives.
● Brand Monitoring & Analysis:
○ Assist in monitoring brand performance and tracking key metrics such as brand
awareness, engagement, and sentiment.
○ Support the analysis of data and insights to identify areas for improvement and
refine brand strategies.
○ Stay updated on industry trends and emerging best practices to support
continuous improvement in brand spaneting efforts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the travel or lifestyle
industry.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand spaneting campaigns.
● Strong understanding of digital spaneting, social media trends, and content creation.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
● Proficient in video editing and content creation tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
● Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) spaneting.
● Familiarity with the Asean travel spanet.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams.
● Language skills in Mandarin (Read & Write) is a plus.
