Job Description: 
We are seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Inspector to support operations in Mobile, AL, 
within a structured PPS environment. 
This role requires a highly experienced and autonomous professional capable of operating in 
a mature industrial setup, ensuring strict compliance with aerospace standards while 
supporting production performance and quality excellence. 
The objective is to maintain high quality standards, support production flow, and act as a key 
contributor to continuous improvement initiatives. 
This position is non-certifying and does not include sign-off authority under Part 145. 

Main responsibilities: 
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on aerospace components and 
assemblies. 
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and PPS processes. 
• Review manufacturing documentation, certifications, and traceability records. 
• Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities. 
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation. 
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure production quality and flow. 
• Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization. 
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards (PPE, FOD, etc.).

Requirements: 
• Strong experience in aerospace quality inspection (senior/advanced level required). 
• Experience working in a structured industrial or PPS / production system environment. 
• High level of autonomy and ability to operate with limited supervision. 
• Strong understanding of aerospace standards and inspection methods. 
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. 
• Experience with FAI, AS9100, and production quality processes. 
• Solid experience in non-conformance management and root cause analysis. 
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. 
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. 
• Hands-on, rigorous, and solution-oriented mindset. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. 
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience. 
• Bonus: experience in aircraft assembly lines or OEM environment.
