Join our team at the OnSite Aircraft Maintenance location, a dynamic environment where you will perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircraft both in the hangar and on the road during AOG rotations. You may also work at other locations, including commercial and GA aircraft as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on corporate and private aircraft in the hangar and on the road during AOG rotations.
• Float to other locations to work on commercial or GA aircraft as needed.
• Participate in a weekly on-call/AOG rotation with the staff.
• Handle all project management on assigned projects, providing updates to all relevant parties.
• Communicate with passengers, aircraft owners, maintenance control teams, and others involved in the aircrafts return to service.

• A&P certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of AOG experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience communicating directly with corporate flight departments, maintenance controllers, and customers.
• Strong written/documentation skills exceeding standard log books.

• Experience with corporate/private airframes is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Stephens, West Star MRT, Gulfstream Fast, Jet East, Net Jets, and Flex Jet is advantageous.
• Interest in AOG work is necessary, even if previous experience is lacking.

Work Environment

The work involves a 7 on/7 off on-call schedule for travel, weekend, and after-hours work. Standard in-hangar work occurs during weeks not on call, with M-F 7 am-4 pm hours, although flexibility is required. The company is committed to quality and fast return to service times, with a travel radius of roughly 300 miles. Work is often performed in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, Missouri.

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
