As a Lounge Host, you will be at the forefront of delivering a warm, efficient and premium lounge experience for our customers.
You will ensure smooth lounge entry through accurate access verification, engage customers proactively at every touchpoint and provide thoughtful assistance throughout their visit.
With your service mindset and attention to detail, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a warm and professional welcome to customers and verify lounge access to create a positive first impression
- Proactively engage customers, identify first‑time visits and provide clear guidance on lounge facilities and services
- Build rapport and provide attentive, personalised assistance throughout the customer stay to enhance the lounge experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries, feedback, complaints and service requests
- Work closely with the Lounge Supervisor and lounge team to deliver smooth, consistent and memorable experiences for premium customers
- Support daily lounge operations, including start‑of‑shift preparation, stocking service counters and maintaining lounge presentation
- Conduct regular checks of the lounge environment and support quality control activities to uphold service standards
- Liaise closely with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service flow and manage customer expectations effectively
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of food and beverage offerings, lounge amenities, service timings and special features to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Operate lounge and airport systems in accordance with security, service and data confidentiality requirements
Requirements- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- High school graduate or above
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or premium service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset
- Good command of spoken and written English, with Cantonese and Putonghua as an advantage
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer service with a proactive and customer‑focused approach
- Positive attitude with attention to detail, strong teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to represent the Company professionally through appropriate grooming, attire and conduct
- As the position is a Safety‑Sensitive Role, you are required to pass a pre‑employment drug test in accordance with the HKCAD Guidance for Screening of Psychoactive Substances (CAD373), in addition to a medical assessment
