Job Description
1、Send the CN station CBA with quality on time .
2、Confirm the waitlisted shipment manually within the capacity .
3、Providing reporting on offloadbacklog performance .
4、Monitor yellow-AI first response for booking confirmation lead time is within 20 minutes
5、Email First response within 15minutes on Yellow-AI .
6、Capacity control with the system and through agent communication channels at the same time .
7、Aim to pioneer and keep on top of station performance i.e: observe tonnage, capacity change ,offload monitor etc.
8、Work closely with the commercial teamagent to adjust the cargo submissions depending on the offload .
9、Coordinate with CTO and Air Operations on ensuring planned shipments goes as per priority sequence and capacity limitation .
10、Have team work spirit and co-operation skills .
11、Can work on the night shift .
12、Can use English mandarin as a working language .
13、Have a good attitude with work and be willing to take responsibility .
