We have an exciting new opportunity for a Product Owner to take ownership of a key Martech domain within a multi-domain mission, driving how customer data, activation, and engagement capabilities support both commercial goals and operational airline needs. Working alongside other Product Owners, you’ll ensure your area delivers a scalable Martech experience that enhances personalisation, marketing communication, and disruption management across the customer journey.
You’ll shape one of our most impactful Martech products; powering personalised, timely communication across both commercial and operational airline moments. Your work will directly improve customer experience during the most critical parts of their journey, from booking to airport to day-of-travel, while enabling teams across the business to act faster and smarter.
Empowering your squad to build the right things, the right way; balancing marketing needs, operational constraints, data quality, and business impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the product backlog and priorities for your Martech domain, with clear focus on supporting both commercial and operational airline use cases.
- Collaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities across the broader product ecosystem.
- Partner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operational teams (airport, contact centre, disruption management) to deliver high-value solutions.
- Evolve and optimise tools like mParticle, Braze, or similar CDP/engagement platforms to support real-time operational triggers (delays, rebooking, notifications, etc.).
- Break down complex data and activation problems into actionable stories and milestones.
- Support end-to-end communication journeys, including day-of-travel, disruption handling, and proactive service messages.
- Ensure data quality and orchestration enable accurate segmentation and timely operational alerts.
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and technical constraints clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
