About the Role:
Wing is looking for a Staff Recruiter to serve as a cornerstone of our Talent organization. Based in Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid), you will serve as a high-level advisor to the technical organization, driving the talent strategy required to pioneer autonomous drone delivery.
With over a decade of experience, you are a master of the recruiting craft - someone who understands that hiring for niche domains like advanced manufacturing at scale, reliability, and hardware assembly requires a blend of deep spanet intelligence and sophisticated influence. In this individual contributor role, you wont just manage a desk; you will act as a strategic advisor to Supply and Engineering leaders, driving sourcing, pipelining and recruiting to allow Wing to continue driving high-volume production.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a primary talent consultant to Supply Chain and Hardware Engineering Leaders, translating technical roadmaps into long-term recruiting strategies
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Wing’s most critical roles, including managerial and highly specialized technical positions
- Architect and execute high-impact sourcing strategies to increase talent density and build high-conversion pipelines that ensure a continuous flow of quality candidates
- Orchestrate and execute sophisticated offer negotiations involving an intricate equity structure, significant competing offers, and complex candidate motivations
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the autonomous aviation and robotics talent landscape, providing Wing hiring managers with data-driven insights on recruiting trends and talent availability
- Ensure every search strategy is rooted in building strong candidate pipelines and having a stellar candidate and hiring manager experience
- Drive continuous improvement by using data-driven insights to optimize the hiring process and through automation that empowers the team to secure top talent quickly and more effectively
What You’ll Need:
- 12+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling advanced Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Hardware organizations
- Proven track record of partnering directly with VP-level technical leaders to scale high quality hiring strategies
- Significant experience navigating the scaling challenges of a high-growth, high-stakes technology environment
- Mastery in managing complex compensation packages and the ability to close quality talent in a hyper-competitive global spanet
- Some executive search firm experience preferred
- A proven ability to thrive as an organization scales & matures; experience dealing with ambiguity
- A genuine passion for advanced technology and the desire to build the teams that will fundamentally change the landscape of drone delivery
The US base salary range for this full-time position is the salary range below + bonus + equity + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

$167,000—$220,000 USD
